When jihadists carry out an assassination, the fantasy world fan will explain that it was actually carried out by the Illuminati or at least orchestrated by Jews.
If they already have to admit that Muslims did something, they are labeled inferior morons anyway, and actually victims. It’s all the fault of some alleged conspirators within our civilization.

In extreme versions, Islam is described as a more advanced religion than Christianity. But almost all fantasy conspiracists will tell you that Islam is not bad about itself.
