In my book, The Road Out of Serfdom (not yet translated into English), I show that a proper member of the new aristocracy must not only think but feel exactly what is required of him. And that to understand those requirements correctly is a key element in the equipment of a new aristocrat. And that this includes the ability to be offended, insulted, or emotionally moved when one encounters something incorrect. Like a princess on a pea – you can tell nobility by the fact that you can’t stand some things.
If anyone thought I was exaggerating at the time, they can’t think that anymore after the latest event in the US, when the White House press secretary burst into tears when she realised that in Florida it is now illegal to tell five-year-olds that anyone can choose or invent their own gender, and that they are not even allowed to touch them! She normally broke into tears and told in an interrupted voice how this will harm families and the Florida community. And how much transgender talent will be lost forever.
…this includes the ability to be offended, insulted, or emotionally moved when one encounters something incorrect.
White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki is a 40-year-old sociologist with nearly 20 years of experience in various political apparatuses. She has worked for Obama, for the Democratic Party leadership, and was the CEO of a communications agency for several years. Not some 20 year old sucker brought in by a non-profit manager for his personal pleasure (I could understand the crying there). A model, accomplished and experienced member of the new aristocracy.
Now, let’s dry our tears, and have some fun looking at the killing of Russians. Would you like to see someone torn apart by a grenade today, or would you rather have their eyes gouged out?
