Much has been written in recent hours about James Donald Vance, Donald Trump’s choice for vice-presidential candidate. I don’t want to go back to individual statements or positions and pick out a few salient things that are not written about or very little written about.
Firstly. Trump’s election is risky. The Vice President is usually chosen to appeal to some group of voters that the President cannot reach. That is certainly not the case with Vance. An exemplary Trump voter who reaches out to Trump voters. However, Trump’s position now looks so strong that maybe he can afford it.
Second. Ann Coulter once wrote that Trump’s brain was named Steve Bannon. And indeed. After breaking up with Bannon, President Trump lost his bearings. From that point on, he didn’t push anything and probably didn’t even understand the forces and power plays going on around him. He acted as a symbol, made powerful speeches, but did not attempt to disrupt the power structure. James Donald Vance is a reader of Curtis Yarvin, whom I often cite here as the best contemporary analyst of power in Western societies. No conspiracy theories, but a laborious search for patterns and working with historical parallels. The relentless cynicism with which he doesn’t dwell at all on talk of supposed democracy. When, in an interview with Breitbart, Vance referred to the international financial oligarchy as his main enemy, he knew exactly what he was talking about, and it was Yarvin’s influence. Vance is well aware that the greatest threat to Western society is Islam. And as Vice President, it will be impossible to remove it from Trump’s entourage (as Bannon did). In short, there is a decent chance that Donald Trump will be president for a second time with not only guts but brains.
Third. James Donald Vance grew up in a poor working class environment and did not go through an elitist re-education. Which is the perfect combination – popular class instinct, high intelligence, high mental toughness and a good education.
In short, it looks too good. But the election is still more than a quarter of a year away.
And the inhabitants of the small American colonies must be aware that no American will liberate them. And that if some other Soros continues to corrupt the local elites, no one in America will address it. We must fight our own battles.
